Watched the employee (and others) inspecting my vehicle stop working to talk to some random who rode up from the street on what looks like a dirt bike. Clearly someone the shop knows. I wanted to try and get to the tax office after to try and renew registration (as theyre doing my inspection) but with the time they took to talk to this person i will no longer make it to the tax office today. Do not recommend this place for fast inspections as they take their sweet time doing it and stop when they feel like it. Edit: the person doing my inspection is apparently the manager as i have discovered through looking at other bad reviews. So the manager in charge is stopping work to talk to people who arent coming in for any service type, literally socializing on the clock. Never coming back here again. Takeiya is her name or something like that. Shes also rude and unprofessional. Didnt communicate well and has an attitude to boot. Spoken as a manager myself, this was an abysmal experience. An entire hour for a state inspection is inexcusable when i can see you stopping work to talk.
