It’s decent . Maintenance man is always kind and fixes everything on time. Only real downfall to living here would be the smell of the big dumpster. It can be overwhelming sometimes. It’s relatively quiet and kids have a splash pad and a small part to play at. The people in the office are nice and assist you anyway they can.
