I had already put a deposit down on another place I was not too happy with when I came across avana Coachman. Mari helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so efficient and kept in contact with me all day. The entire process was so easy and the apartment homes are amazing so far I am very happy with my decision. I highly recommend this place if you want a beautiful pool and scenery and professional staff.

I just love this lush location. It is a welcoming community. Everyone has been friendly. I love walking with my dog to the 2 nearby parks. Wat-Mart is a quick walk. The Long Center is a short walk the other way.

Most of postive reviews are bogus. If you search one of office staff name on Facebook, you will see some of the names below that are residents or Avana employees, that says postive things about her just because they’re friends. You’ll figure it out. They’re not to be trusted. just be cautious. I don’t want it to happen to you like she did to me. Not professional. Lack of confidential information is handled not correctly.. lack of professional boundaries between residents and office staff

Hello Pam,Thank you for reaching out, our fitness center is 24/7. During business hours, the fitness center stays unlocked, once the office is closed for the day you simply have to use a gym key to open up the fitness center. If you do not have a key, please reach out to the front office and we can get you taken care of. We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
