I only gave them 2 ⭐️ because my complex is nice looking. But as a renter who just went through a hardship this past month I can tell you DON’T EXPECT THEM TO WORK WITH YOU DURING THAT TIME!!! They’ll do right when it’s something for their business, but these folk don’t care about the renters at all. All I can say is BELIEVE THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS CAUSE THERE’S ONLY A FEW POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT CHAF PROPERTIES.

ALICEA YOUNG :) The ONLY reason I’m giving CHAF 5 stars is because of Alicea Young. She has worked with me every time I call, text or email. She responds in a timely manner, goes out the way to make sure all your needs are met. She’s very friendly, kind, helpful and tried her best to do everything she can. She is AMAZING. Her coworkers need to take several pages out of her book because that woman is spectacular.

yes they do accept section 8 vouchers! My honest opinion!I felt that I was discriminated against! Treated very poorly! Treated like I was lying!Or on trial!The only African American woman in the office!Shutt her door completely!I was told yes they take section 8!But they are now filled to capacity as far as section 8 is concerned! No I'm not angry or upset! However this is the 4th contemporary housing living apartment that I have been to, and was pretty much treated the same! Again no African American work in either office,but this particular one right here! Again not angry or upset! Just would love to be treated equally!No matter the race/nationality!!I know it may take some time! But I have taken this further! Some women no matter their race! Can truly be nasty!Those people should not be in certain work places!!
