I loved this apartment. The leasing agent Mrs. Nicki was wonderful. The community was well kept, and the apartment was very nice. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer. This is a great place to live.

I wanted to take a moment and share how wonderful the rental office staff is at Terraces at Clearwater Beach. I had one interaction with Tony, who was very nice and accommodating.I had numerous interactions with Nicki Noey, in the office, and she was above and beyond helpful and friendly. She was patient with all my questions, and answered them all with kindness. She was a pleasure to work with! Thank you!

This rating is for the staff. They’re phenomenal. A big thank you to Billy he’s just amazing! From helping me find my lost package to helping me fix my washer, you’re greatly appreciated. And of course Nikki, she made the whole move in process easy and with no stress. I hope my stay here is just as great as you guys!

**Long review but worth reading if you’re considering renting here** I moved out in August 2021 after a year of living here. The main reason was rent had increased 70% from what I was originally paying. They claim the increase “reflects the economic changes happening nationwide and align with the current market.” However, you can get much better amenities for the same price in rent at other apartment complexes nearby. This review is being written 9 months after I moved out because I just FINALLY got my security deposit back. I had to file a small claims lawsuit in order to do so. I have heard other prior tenants have had to do the same thing. The property manager (AJ) called me a month after I moved out stating that my security deposit hadn’t been cashed and he was wondering if I received it. I informed him that I didn’t. He proceeded to tell me that they mailed it to the address at the apartment complex I moved out of! Even after I provided my forwarding address on 2 separate documents. He claimed to contact accounting department to get me a new check but it could take 30 days. That never came. I followed up once again and was told I had to wait 30 days. I followed up again and was told they don’t owe me a security deposit because I never paid one. I was emailed a copy of all my payments made to the property with a clear security deposit. It was at this point that the property manager quit responding to my emails and blocked my phone number (incredibly professional). I finally received the security deposit back after the lawsuit. In my year of living there I constantly ran into issues. When my air conditioner broke they gave me a portable unit that was installed incorrectly while I was at work so when I came home my entire upstairs was 95 degrees because the exhaust was blowing around in the apartment. My living room window wouldn't latch close and had been broken for months and maintenance claimed to fix it every time but never did. One day while trying to latch it closed the entire window broke and resulted in me having to go to the ER. There were constantly people doing drugs in the gazebo outside. The gates to the community were broken for 10 of the 12 months I lived there. If you’re considering this complex then I hope this review helps you realize this place is not worth the money. There are so many better places to live in Clearwater for the same cost of rent and with far better management and amenities.
