Peggy and Megan are extremely kind, friendly, and have been on top of everything we have requested during our move in, and have always had any requests handled within a day. We are very happy with our unit, and the property is gorgeous. Maintenance is easy to work with and fixed an issue with our appliance same day when we requested it. Thank you very much Peggy and Megan!

I had a great experience with moving in! There’s elevators so it made it easy. The team in the front office helped out so much with any problem we had. They continue to check in and see if you need anything. Megan and Peggy are the best! They have great energy. Great community!

I absolutely LOVE Cortland Bayside! I just signed my third lease here and love everything about it, The amenities are AMAZING and living on the bay is a luxury, Its like living at a resort. I honesly feel like Im on vacation all the time. The maintenance team is top notch. They are always on top of everything and make sure the property is pristine! The office staff is the BEST and I truly appreciate all they do. If your not living here thats a BIG MISTAKE! You wont find a better community that you can say is truly home!
