Dirty apartments that claim to have amenities they don’t. Just look at the other reviews. Someone complains about maintenance on A/C and laundry unit being out of service. They negate to comment on A/C, and deflect on laundromat issues. You know what that means? They’re ignoring your A/C requests by design making YOU pay for new when you inevitably get sick of the 90 degree days. Some property management companies should legit get their CEOs slapped trickle down style once or twice a day to remind them how to behave.

Maintenance is good on the outside, but they take forever to get what need to be done in your apartment. Our A/C was out for nearly 2 months near the end of summer before they actually fixed came and fixed it. Also, we've been out a dryer for a couple of months and without a washer for a little over a month. Though they do have a laundromat on site with is good, all but one washer is broken, and thay washer was coated with grease on the inside. Off site laundromats it is.

I have been living here for about a few months. This place from my unit is crowded with 15-20 screaming kids daily. The apartment itself was handed to us with needing more repair. The maintenance staff does a great job but they take time to even fix a problem. Even the grounds are trashed daily and even have railings falling apart. Our trash compactor for the apartment complex hasn’t even been fixed since 2-3 months now? They use 3 trash bins that turns into a landfill in the parking of one of the buildings. The only positive in this place is the price for the unit, aside from that It’s mostly negative Come 3 months after the lease ended, no communication of any kind on returning my deposit and now have to resort to calling them constantly to get their attention.
