How would you describe the living expense at VV and M? What do you like the most and what do you like the least of living at VV and M? Does the pool get busy at VV and M?

Location is amazing and safe and good security and I haven’t been here that long to experience the poor life yet but Summers coming and I’m excited

Yes it gets busy

Rent increased with each of 3 renewals. The last renewal rent decreased. As time went on, upkeep of property declined. Property was noisey, especially at 2 am when bars closed in Addison. I do not recommend.

Just experienced the pool for the first time today. Terrible. A ton of people, ridiculously loud music (for more than 4 hours now), dogs, kids doing cannonballs & giant floats taking up what little space there Is. I don't see myself ever going down there if it stays this way.
