I simply love my apartment I received nothing but compliments. The apartment staff is professional and maintenance is efficient. I have not one complaint.

Was able to go on a tour and fell in love with the apartment, the way the kitchen flows and brings the whole place together is to die for. The kitchen is my favorite part and definitely what sold me. As well as the office people who were able to explain and answer any questions I had.

Came in for a tour and let’s just say this place is AMAZING!! The staff was so great and welcoming they made me feel right at home from the very beginning which means a lot I went on tour and saw the model which was a 2 bedroom and it was so beautiful the upgrades are everything and more they did such a great job. They even have doorbells lol and each building has it’s own courtyard which I really liked also. I’ve been looking for a place to call home for weeks now and I think I finally found it here it’s perfect all the way from the staff to the homes. There were residents in the office and they all seemed so happy to be there. Great job District at Greenville y’all have definitely set the bar high in my opinion. I look forward to calling this community my soon to be home!

I’ve lived in a bunch of apartments in Dallas and the United States, and this is by far my favorite! It’s quiet, the apartments are up to date, the grounds are kept clean, they have actual trash valet, there is some trash bins for each building, they have a mailbox room with cameras, and a fantastic personal who take care of the community. I’ve been here for now 2 years and 7 months and this is my favorite appartment complex ever!
