The apartment is next door to a terrible 7/11 that constantly has shootings and altercations that make it unsafe to be outside at night or near your bedroom window. Aside from that upon my move in day it was delayed because of “renovations” then when I finally moved it there was a leak in my restroom ceiling, The A/C upstairs did not work, multiple outlets didn’t work. A ton of problems that should have been checked before my arrival since my move in was delayed due to “renovations”. Will not be renewing my lease, constantly debating on breaking the lease due to the daily shootings at 7/11.

The gnats are overly disgusting, the fire station keeps you up at all hours of the night, the tow truck is overly dramatic and will tow residents cars, the office is inconsiderate and not lenient, not to mention reports of crack heads climbing resident balconies. You definitely don’t get what you pay for here

This place smells horrible, immediately noticeable upon arrival. It’s a shame because the apartments themselves are an amazing size for the cost, but immediately the smell in the halls and units we toured was so horrible we couldn’t think about living here. That doesn’t even include how unsafe it clearly was there.

I currently live here now and will not be renewing my lease. This apartment complex is the most unprofessional i’ve ever seen. I can hear every step my neighbors above me take and the loud music they play from their balcony at night. I’ve tried calling and emailing every possible person in management but no one has yet to respond to solve the issue. Moving in, I had to request about 5 different maintenance orders that were neglected for about 2 weeks before getting fixed. If you can help it, do not move into this apartment complex. Save money on a nicer one or find a better cheap one like this.
