**** DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMMUNITY ****** Trust me and please consider my suggestion before even thinking about this community.It’s the worst community I ever lived in the states.Before moving to Texas I looked at the pictures and signed the lease blindly as we were in hurry to find a place. As soon as I reached the apartment I was shocked to see the apartment situation and it was not even 10 percent close to what was displayed in the pictures. I literally begged them to cancel the lease because I can’t even imagine living in a place like that.After multiple discussions the lease was reduced to 5 months.I was counting my days and when we were leaving we handed over the apartment in much better situation. But seems like they don’t have any ethics and imposed all the extra fines citing silly reasons. Wish I was capable of fighting them legally.I truly believe that they are gonna pay for it someday. I’m writing this review so that no one else should suffer like we did going forward. They don’t even deserve 1 star.For them review should be in negatives.

Love my apartment itself. Management did the right thing by removing the basketball hoops. However, I wish they would follow through and actually remove the basketball court entirely as it’s a huge eyesore. Additionally, there are people who still bounce basketballs on that court, regardless of whether the hoops are missing. It’s extremely loud as the court is located directly next to three buildings. My recommendation would be to replace the basketball court with a green space— something this complex is seriously lacking.

We have been renting here for almost a year now, and at first, under previous management, it was amazing. However, it has all gone down hill. I’m not even going to go on a rant about the horrible experiences we have had living here. If quiet, calm, and peaceful are some things you are hoping for, look elsewhere, don’t even waste your time. Neighbors are inconsiderate, noisy all the time, good luck getting a good night’s rest when you work 16 hour shifts without having to hear people yelling, playing music loud at all hours of the day, and so on. Save your money. The place is overpriced for what you get. Units are nice but the inconsiderate neighbors will make you change your mind.

Maintenance staff is terrible. Office staff has gotten better over the years, if your looking for a quiet apartment complex this is not the one. Apartments are really nice, but parking is terrible, maintenance staff loves to leaf blow everyday at 8am. :)
