Been living here for 4 months and these apartments have rats !! The leasing office lady’s are nice but really didn’t help much. I haven’t been able to be in my apartment for almost 2 months and they still expect me to pay rent . They stated that pest control and maintenance have come to resolve the issue but me and my child are still waking up to rats it got so we bad we have to leave. I don’t know what to do :( just save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else

I lived here for a year. I just moved out recently because of relocation and I can tell you that is was a nice stay. The complex is beautiful and I felt safe throughout my stay. I can't compare it with other apartments because this was my first, but I can tell you that I didn't have any issues with leakage and roaches. No matter how clean a complex is, if you don't maintain your apartment, you'll definitely receive unwanted guests Ike roaches and other insects. The complex changed management and I didn't even know until I was about to move out. Do you know why? It's because everything worked perfectly in my apartment and I didn't have any reason to visit the office. My moving out was a bit complicated so I had to call almost every day and Bianca always picked in less than a minute and addressed my issue. She made the process easy for me and I must commend her for that. Don't let these negative reviews discourage you. Go out there and take a look. It's one of the best apartments complexes you'll find in Dallas.

I’ve been living here for 7 months now and i absolutely hate these apartments. For one they come in my apartment with out me knowing. I told them before notify me and call me my number. I repeatedly asked that I didn’t feel comfortable with them being in my apartment without me knowing. Then I came back from work and all my lights are on making my light bill high. Then they was a flood from upstairs that came in my apartment and they used my clothes to mop up the water nor did they tell me that my clothes were damaged. They have not fixed the wall that the flood did. They have roachessssss. Like I can’t even use the toilet with out them coming out they have not sprayed for them like I asked. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. They don’t answer the phone I called like 6 times yesterday.
