I was really excited to tour this place today. I had scheduled an appointment at 1:30pm and no one showed up to the leasing office for 30 minutes. Not a note or a phone number I could call to let them know I was waiting to tour the premises (as scheduled!). When I made the appointment I was clear on my intent to look at a one bedroom apartment with Sept move-in, I get there and I was told there isn't one available for at least 4 months. Contrary to their website which says 1/1 are available at the moment. Although the place looked real nice, I'm a little disappointed by today's experience.

OMG! I blindly walked in this location looking for apartment assistance. Malshon was so helpful. He guided me on apartments based upon my preferences. When he needed a little assistance to my overwhelming requests, Kristen didn't mind helping him. I'm very picky and demanding. They answered each and every question that I had. I went through my check list. Who knew? The leasing agents were professional and well-dressed. I've been to two leasing offices off Marsh Lane and neither office workers were dressed up. I felt welcomed and they listened to me. The Georgian Apartments are definitely on my list of considerations for apartments.

Maintenance is quick. No pest issues. Staff are friendly and willing to work with you if you’re willing to work with them. Quiet area. Respectful neighbors & well behaved dogs. Have assigned parking which is also great

My rating is only a 3 based on my recent experience. 1- the apartments look beautiful 2- they were #1 on my list.... Until 3- I was quoted one price from a agent (via email) after seeing online price was $100 different.very interested I went into visit and apply, then got another price from another agent which was $200 more than I was quoted the day before. I inquired with both agents - one says online pricing was to "make things look prettier", first agent was not in office but I sent an email from the parking lot and immediately got a response (hmmmm) giving me the higher price... funny I thought, im clearly being played for commission sadly this removed these apartments straight off the top spot on my list. WORST I was ready to put down money for all fees, deposit and whatever I needed to seal the deal on the 1 and only apartment they had available. Truly disappointed- hard working- great tenant loss!
