It took awhile to get the camera aspect to load to my phone, but he stayed around sweating in my garage until we got it hooked up correctly. Topic: Garage door replacement. Back office does not return calls or follow up. We had to initiate a call after payment 1/2 down A few weeks later, with a call "when are you guys going to do this job" ? Job completed 8/26. Called office number I was given to expedite the permit. The gentleman did not have my permit #. He asked me to provide it . He would not look up the permit he said you get the number and call me back ! This is that 5 star service they boast about. LOL, Forward almost 1 month later after installation. Bottom line no call for inspection almost a month after completion because they do not have it (truth) I was told it was improperly filed from the county and refilled. As a victim of sloppy back office, it is rough to be forced to have to do this. I assume now I will have to go to the county office and take care of finishing their promise of "we will take care of the permit". The call I just had just asking them to finish the job of permit and inspection from their salesman was awful. His normal pleasant demeanor , I guess it is only during the sales portion. He keep saying "what do you want from me? I said FINNISH THE JOB! he asked 3 times. Fyi the installer got very upset and carried an attitude the rest of the job when he tried to boost me with extra product upgrades that I was very clear I was happy with the original contract which was simple, to replace our old door. My mistake giving them their final payment before the job had been inspected. As a retired General Contractor I knew better. Now what? trip to the county inspection office file my grievance and hopefully get an appointment with an inspector to find out what went wrong and repair permit, and inspect their workmanship. Unfortunately I have NO choice as most victims would tell you. I found it interesting that the salesman on the phone (the only one that returns your call promptly) said to me what if the inspector fails the job? WHAT? ODD. I said I will call you back to make it right. Then he hung up on me ! (nice customer relations) When he did that I knew I had to share my experience online. He could have said , sorry for the delay let me check on this and get back to you..NOT You will notice that I am a longtime 6 star reviewer 175 reviews for google. I really tried to resolve this and was very patient waiting and hoping for a follow up call on progress. Please read my other reviews/comments with other services and stores locally.. Glorious and positive 98%. always. These people really pushed it to the limit as a consumer and I hated to write this review. I hope this saves someone from my experience. FYI, never once an apology. Do yourself a favor call somebody else. Buyer beware of the glossy slick in the mail, it got me! Signed Guy who wants job completed in a timely manner with no BS. Update: Yeah ! call back fast the following morning from office manager (after they read the review) after the awful text from the salesman this morning 6:11 am. Manager Quote " we encourage our clients to go to the inspectors office", so I guess that is part of the clients responsibly in the long run if their are issues in the timeliness and errors in the permitting process. I requested no calls (very unsettling) email only.. Advice : Take a day off work, wear comfortable clothes and bring a book it will be a long day at the county office.

I didnt have to get a door just the mechanicals to lift it. But I am AMAZED at what I paid and the amazing service. I cant say enough good things.

Hello, thank you for the question! We recommend a white lithium grease to lubricate the doors. We do not retail but it can be bought at Home Depot. Please do not use WD-40 as a replacement as it will dry out very quickly. The white lithium grease is down the same aisle at Home Depot.
Not sure if Percision door sells springs to the public or not. Just a note if you are not trained in garage door full repair it can be unsafe to work on the door. Percision door is reasonably priced and provide same day service in most cases. They also provide senior discounts.
