When we moved into our apartment there was trash everywhere. Talk about a bait and switch , the model apartment was beautiful but the one I got the key to left a lot to be desired . I had read reviews about rodents but since I had never encountered any I never thought I would. The Zeke taught me to never say never . I had bread on the counter and I thought residents in my house were tearing the bread open . Turns out we had a mice in the house living behind the refrigerator. The apartment was also full of large roaches I could barely sleep at night especially after finding one in my bed. The icing on the cake was the line of ants by my living room window. I sprayed raid every night to no avail . I can’t believe im stuck here for 9 more months .

My daughter and grandchildren lives there and lts terrible and unfit place to live. It is rats and roach infested children scared to go in their room. Rats are eating thru their clothes and I'm scared they might start eating on them. So no recommendations to anyone that wants to move there plumbing and maintenance are very bad too

The Groundskeepers are still in 2021. They come to keep it “Mr. Clean” spotless around the office…..coincidentally. They close maintenance orders without stepping foot in the unit

This place is very unkept management is extremely rude and could care less about residents and their needs unless it is a resident that the property manager Elizabeth is related to, then they will get the special treatment. Any noise complaints to the office are never taken care of. Maintenance requests take about 3-4 weeks and even then the issue is never resolved. Cars get towed at all hours of the night, if you don’t come early and have no where to park you are out of luck. Elizabeth is cold callous and rude, no sort of customer service skills at all. If you truly have no where to live and she accepts your application be warned this complex cares nothing about residents once they get them approved and in an apartment. Gas leaks, AC issues plumbing issues pest and rodent issues are an everyday thing. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!
