Very quiet community in my experience so far. Good neighborhood and great restaurants in the area. Leasing was easy with Patty in the office and help from Smart City. Office and maintenance are always quick to help. Only negatives: Covered parking close to the door can be hard to get if you don’t reserve a spot and visitors have to register their cars or will be towed. Updating after a year: removing a star. Some residents have nicer fixtures in the same building while paying far less so make sure you see your exact apartment before leasing. Seems like the common areas get cleaned less than they did a year ago. Hallways always smell like trash, tile by elevators and in elevators is always dirty, and hallway carpet is getting gross. Pray your neighbors don’t have a dog with separation anxiety because the concrete floors do not help and walls aren’t the best. Trash in the garage because there are no trash cans to use. 2 cars gathering dust have not moved from prime parking spots in well over a year. Pricing for new leases has gotten outrageous. Update on the parking situation: the office has taken MONTHS to install new windows. During the months and weeks of no progress, the windows are taking secured parking spots from residents of building 2. The office drags their feet on removing reserved spaces when residents move out and are manufacturing parking scarcity and trying to force residents to pay for an amenity that is advertised as included when you move in. Hallways still smell awful at least twice a week. Rent still went up though! And thank god we got cabanas at the pool in February! Super useful upgrades right now!

I love living at Gallery. I have been here for about 6 months and I love the balance between a secure building/community, but still feeling like no one is controlling me or my guests. All access is locked, which I like. But I can enter through several entries without having to see management or feel controlled. There is usually an empty parking spot in every floor unless you arrive surer late (but there is always some space). Guest parking requires registration but it is super easy and it makes me feel more secure. The building is older than the more recent complexes, but it is also more solid. I toured some seemingly fancier and newer buildings and you could hear all neighbors and the street. The hallways and pool might be less fancy here, but the walls are THICK and pure cement. I hear NOTHING in my apartment and I know the neighbor above and on the side have dogs. Not a single noise comes through. It is quite amazing. Appliances and finishings are on the older side, though. Last but not least, the staff is truly outstanding. Any request or concern is addressed right away and, what I love the most, they are polite but also warm. I feel like I can communicate anything to them. Patty is the absolute best, but everyone else is great. Bottom line: great place, awesome location, not ultra luxury but also at a very reasonable price tag and it more than compensates in building quality, low noise, and the great staff. Planning to stay here for a long while :).

I live in an adjacent community and I hate this place because there is a car in their parking garage that has the most annoying alarm of all time and the alarm goes off multiple times a day at all hours FOR HOURS. It seems like every time there’s even a slight breeze the alarm goes off. Last night it went off for an hour and a half from 3-4:30 am. This morning there it is again at 9am. People wake up and scream “SHUT UP.” Please handle this, it is driving everyone insane.

Great apartment complex in the perfect location just steps from the Katy Trail, Turtle Creek, and Oak Lawn hot spots. Very friendly staff, property is kept up well, maintenance is fast to address anything if something comes up, and the amenities are great. The units are also good sizes and parking is easy. Highly recommend.
