Update 9/30/22 Car broken into, belongings wiped ands everything in glove compartment left thrown out. Called office and they said they would alert security. 5th time my car has been wiped out. I love my apartment. We need better security. Crime is bad here. My car was broken into a couple times the first year. I’ve been here 2 years 4 mths. The office told me to call 911. Nothing was done. The next two times it happen I didn’t bother reporting it. I try to never leave anything in it. Over $500 of items stolen from my storage and I have seen my storage unlocked and open a couple times. Today I found an empty Amazon box at my door because the package inside was stolen. This is inside the complex. What is going on? It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to worry about all this. My apartment is great, the area is convenient, and I’ve been here a long time. There’s many reasons I’ve stayed however this is too much.

When I originally moved in Ventura Management was taking care of the property and things were great. Work orders were completed, the property was taken care of, communications were regular and useful. Lincoln management company took over and for the first few months I have them the benefit of the doubt that things were in processes and a few hiccups were expected. We’re beyond the grace period and the property is dirty, wallpaper is peeling off the hallways, work orders are taking days to complete, the elevator has broken several times, and the gate to resident parking stood wide open for weeks, and their new idea is mandatory resident events. For the past 2 ish hours I’ve essentially gotten a concert in my living room. I expected some noise from the pool but I shouldn’t be able to sing along word for word on the fourth floor behind closed doors and curtains. When I talked to the agent in the leasing office “we sent an email out sorry about the inconvenience but it’s only today and tomorrow.” I’ve checked my email and the resident portal no notification exist.

The new company took over and it's horrible, everything looks dirty, the hallway, the elevator, etc....Seems no one cleans now, i was happy with the apartment before but no more!!
