This place is INFESTED with ROACHES. There is cockroaches in the hallway of the building and inside the apartment. I’m a very clean person I’ve never had problems with cockroaches in my life. I even voiced before moving how afraid I was of pest and they assured me that it was clean. Now I have cockroaches everywhere running around my kitchen. I can’t sleep or eat in there and nobody seems to be willing to let me out of my lease. They had pest control come twice already and it’s still a problem. My rent is $1900 for a one bedroom with pest. Disgusting, do not come here!

My fiancé and I have been looking for our first apartment together and all I have to say is WOW!! these apartments are BY FAR the best we’ve seen and just to let y’all know Shara was amazing! she gave us all the information we needed, showed us around and I am in absolute love with the complex!! thank you again Shara for your professionalism and your time.

If I could give this complex a zero star rating, I would. If I wanted to hear gun shots as often as I do, I’d have never moved from Louisiana. My car was registered, and guess what? IT GOT TOWED. Did management care? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I have never ever dealt with such poor management like I have here. No refunds, no help. They can’t even care enough to take care of the problems I’ve had inside my apartment that they are required to fix, nonetheless outside the apartment where it’s loud and unsafe. If you’re looking for a nice place to live, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Simply warning anyone who is thinking about moving here... who cares how good the customer service is when they first show you an apartment! THAT'S WHAT THE'YRE SUPPOSE TO DO. PROS: The pool area is nice. Good view of the Dallas skyline. CONS: This apartment complex is way overpriced to be hearing gun shots often, and not having electricity after a storm. Nearby apartments had electricity and the hallways. Also, you will get your car towed even if it's registered. That is over $200. They don't tow cars that aren't in parking spaces when it gets crowded. And if you have loud neighbors, management does NOT care nor will do anything about your complaints. This place is very unsafe. Homeless people walking around the area. The garage gates aren't working most of the time, so anyone can enter. I've also heard of car break ins often. Management is just so bad. They lie to you and will not refund you any money.
