Great community to live in. Quite peaceful and low crime.

I have lived here almost a year. Just got my renewal paperwork and will be renewing for another year. Love my spacious townhome apartment and still relatively affordable for the area.

Great place to live!! Maintenance was wonderful and so was the front office!!

They say the residents come first, but they don't mean it (especially if you're part of a routinely excluded group). The first time I came here, I told Hannah I was disabled, she quoted me the most expensive price and showed me the floor plan and expected me to leave without showing me the model or touring the grounds. Very prejudiced. I came back the next week and saw Rachel and had a much better experience. Rachel is no longer at this property. Money and contracts are the two things they understand, and the contract signed is intentionally vague. I told them before I moved in that writing is the best/only method of communication for me, and yet they continually circumvent that and complete maintenance requests that I did not file, which now includes defacing my property. They follow pandemic protocols to the bare minimum, They do not meet accessibility standards. My car has been broken into twice. I had to prompt the office for my renewal ppw they did not get it to me 60 days beforehand. I'm just really upset at constantly being violated by their action taken with a lack of communication to forewarn or prepare me of changes to a unit I'm supposed to feel safe in. That's pretty much the only thing that's reliable about them - a lack of communication. I would move, but it cost a couple grand to do that and rent has doubled within the last decade.

I called them and asked about 2nd chance leasing because I have a broken lease thats like 5 years old. I was advised that since I have positive rental history they will take that into consideration however my deposit may be 1st months rent
I really don't know?
Yes, I believe all the units here except for the smallest floorplan have full size WD connections. However, it has to be stackable and you’ll have to measure to make sure they’ll fit. Mine barely fit.
It's safe.
