I’ve been living here since June of last year. I’ll be leaving in may. This leasing office takes advantage of people who struggle with getting approved. All of these apartments have bed bugs. They don’t treat them and people just throw their infested mattresses out in the parking lot by the trash can so they can go and inhabit other apartments. Leasing office is aware they have bed bugs and do not care! When I tell you they do not care. As long as they are getting paid and it’s sad. They take advantage of housing they do not fix anything in apartments and if they do it’s HALF As*ed. do yourself a favor and do not even waste you time putting in the application I wish I had of listened to the reviews last June. This is probably one of the worst places to rent in Dallas, TX. Slum lords to the fullest

When you come into Casa Bonita apartments its very disturbing there's trash every where's the people are rude they don't pickup or clean around there unit and the smell is very badly and every night it's always loud music so don't think about getting any sleep the maintenance here do try butt there lazy they clean the pool then its right back dirty again because there's kids out here they throw things into the pool they have roaches from other peoples dirty units its very sad

I lived here for two years. It wasn't the worst and it wasn't the best. I really don't want to complain to much because at that time I needed a place to live. What I will suggest to others , would be to take your time when looking for a place to reside so you want have to experience some of the mishaps of what could arise out of renting from Slumlords.
