We just moved here, they gave us a super disgusting apartment, we went to report everything bad on Monday, we gave a list, and now that we went to ask what was going on, they told us that they did not know that they had made the list, a fridge that does not work , damaged floor, damaged bathrooms, it's full of cockroaches, it's disgusting.

Reminder to stay hydrated!

The office folk are AWESOME. However my rent went up 24% after one year. Let’s all be real here. This is a hood complex and already was heavily overpriced. Lingering issues: *dishwasher never fixed despite multiple maintenance tickets after 1 year *pool is gross *homeless people *drunk drivers hitting your parked cars *spotty security cameras *trash *random sewer stench coming through AC vents *serious water leakage from above neighbors *mold *faulty stove *roaches *incredibly outdated apartments *badly painted over parking lot instead of replaced *AC doesn’t always work The redeemable aspect is… I guess we have a good size porch we don’t use. And the fireplace actually working is cool. BUT PECAN! LOWER YOUR RENT! This IS a hood complex with no meaningful amenities. Stop. We need a rent decrease if anything. I could have a brand new suburban house for this price.

Absolutely hate living here at the moment. From 8pm-8am everyday there are constant homeless people walking throughout the complex and breaking into vacant apartments or climbing the rails and jumping into the 1st, 2nd and 3rd story patios. The complex managers rather redo the parking lot and paint the apartments than spend money on over night security. We have showed the videos to the office and all they do is write stuff on a post it note and we never see anything resolved. We have called the police many times because of people coming into our patio or breaking into other apartments. The first time the police stated the managers already know what’s going on and have known for months but, the police can only do so much if the complex managers do not hire security or ask for extra patrol overnight. I guess the apartments visual appearance is more important than the tenants and their belongings. I have had my truck broke into twice and luckily each time I never had anything worth stealing in it. Also, I am disabled and require some medication to be refrigerated and I have let the office know many times that my refrigerator goes out for hours at a time and one time my medication went bad. Their response “Oh ok.. we will switch it out” it has been months and I use to call at least twice a week until I gave up and bought a mini fridge. This complex is extremely irresponsible and I can not wait for my lease to end.
