I'm hoping to move in this complex soon. Update: I just moved in recently, I love my new apartment. It's really spacious for a one bedroom. The only thing that would've made it better would be the view of Downtown. I love my washer and dryer. I also love my bathroom and how spacious it is. I'm happy that I moved here. 2nd Update:A year later. Unfortunately, the elevators are always breaking down. Especially the one by the leasing office. And I have an ant problem.No matter what I do they always come back.

Not ABA compliant, not handicap friendly, elevators always breaking, it takes forever to fix, no empathy from management, home office does not call or return calls even on emergency situations. New management., Apartments are beautiful and cheap but do not recommend two friends or people.

They are Affordable Housing Apartments because the property sign says so. I called and they accept Vouchers. The manger says they have a waiting list.
Yes they are for low income renters. The largest units are 3 bdrm, smallest are efficiency
