Christina Anderson is the woman for the job! Period! She was working alone today and managed to PROFESSIONALLY handle all tenants and future residents. I can tell this property is managed well because one tenant that was speaking to her when I walked in came back to check on her since she was working alone. He said he left his cell phone haha!! I would lease here if the floor plan worked for me. Super impressed by the customer service. 5 stars plus!!!

This is 100% one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. It’s nice, clean, quiet and over all a great community. A huge thanks to the maintenance team who came to our rescue late last night because somehow my dog locked our deadbolt lock and we couldn’t get in. He came out in a timely manner and was able to help us get in with no hesitation. Couldn’t be anymore happier in the community and the team at Echo.

Do you mean does rent include all utilities? No it doesn’t. Utilities are separate.
