I can vouch for all the negative reviews when I say management staff is not nice. And I believed it's on the lines of racism. The management team came to my door with a security guard only to find nothing of their concern. And in addition, they took a piece of my property! They definitely do not understand that they've just ignited a lawsuit against them. I'm looking forward to taking them to court. They're also trying to stop us from newing our lease in advance this is definitely criminal. I just had a newborn born on August 3rd of this year. If you look closely near October, you could see the penmanship, the 11 is not computer text it was manually added there with a pen. I did not receive this copy on the 11th it was left on my door this morning. The evidence is what is shown at the bottom in the photo

Absolute worst complex Ive ever lived in... maintenanance never shows up after multiple requests and then bandaid fixes when they do... the women in the front office are rude and heartless and truly do not care anything about you... Taylor in the office is kind and helpful when he is there... complex is highly overpriced for what youre getting.. really not sure how they keep passing city inapections wirh cracked alopimg stairs and foundatioms and watwr dage amd cracks theoughoit apartmwnts

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE. I would assume the positive reviews are fake considering what they mention are straight lies. The staff in this place will try to scam you out of money in any way they can. It seems like you are living with con artists. When trying to move out (read other reviews to see this is true) they tried to charge me multiple month's rent by making new rules. They threaten you with debt if you don't pay extra just to move out while trying to keep your security deposit. Beware about renting at this place.

Very shady application process. Took my $60. And then their phones went out of service. And now they won’t give me my money back. Weird. I think they might be broke. They said they would mail a check. Still don’t have it.
