Nicest people to do business with :) In my experience they are extremely fast at embroidery jobs & have great prices!

I went here to get an embroidery for my L.L. Bean tote bag. LL Bean wasn’t willing to do the word that I wanted, but Jonathan was! They’re were friendly and fast. A 10 letter embroidery with next day rush fee was $30.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is all you need to know: 1. Despite clearly marking my buttonholes and indicating that it was the start and not the center, they placed them incorrectly and now my buttons will be way too close to the edge. I worked extremely hard to sew this garment so for them to ruin it had me extremely upset. 2. They used the wrong thread color 2 times in a row, their color matching is a hit or miss, I wouldn't trust it. 3. Lady was extremely rude when I said I should not have to pay since they messed it up for me, they still charged me despite messing up the buttonholes. 4. They tried to increase the price on me from what they previously told me like I would notice. They do this often, their prices are up to them and I've had multiple colleagues who needed the exact same work done be charged completely different prices, their pricing is not consistent at all. 5. The customer service in general is terrible, they only take cash and nobody is wearing their mask.

Quick, neat and very affordable. I had button holes made and I left very satisfied. The buttonhole maker also gave me some tips as this was my first time. Cash only for this service. I'll definitely be back.

If the glue is 100% stuck onto the back of the patch it is very difficult to remove. Your best bet might be to iron the patch onto some separate junk fabric and then pull the patch off the unwanted fabric to try to remove some of the glue. This method won't be able to remove all of it but this might help. You should be able to sew the patches onto garments even with the glue on the back however. If you are having a hard time please call our shop at 212 398 3538 or come by the store when you're in the area.
1.5" for keyhole buttonholes and it is possible to go larger on regular buttonholes but it depends on the garment/fabric.
Yes, and they do a great job
