The leadership in this building is awful. Gym amenities have never been updated, the pool is always warm and dirty and the hallways are disgusting. They will take advantage of every opportunity to charge the residents more money but never invest in any upgrades. Furthermore, there is constant turnover so the staff never gets to know the residents. Upon move out, they try to gaff you for anything they can. Look around before moving in here; there are LOTS of better options.

I love the Brady. Beautiful building, awesome views, great location (right on the Katy Trail), and wonderful staff. The building is always clean thanks to a really hard-working, super sweet, and dedicated cleaning staff that keep it fresh for us every day. The maintenance team is really nice, always prompt to answer requests and help resolve any maintenance needs (which has been a huge headache at other buildings I've lived in). The gym is definitely usable for regular workouts (but do note: it only has a smith machine vs. a free weight bench press). And they offer a free coffee/espresso bar at the front which myself and many other residents have made a daily habit of enjoying. :) Some of the staff who were here when I first moved in have transitioned into their next thing...but Erick, who's the day time concierge, is still here and I'm so glad! He's super attentive to any questions or needs we have, has a great attitude, and is always such a bright soul. One of my favorites! All in all, I'm grateful for this building and the staff and neighbors who make it a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend!

I have been living at the Brady for over 2 years and my experience here has been wonderful. Everything from the service to amenities it’s been perfect. Very dog friendly and always prompt service from our manager and concierge staff, especially Erick Vazquez who goes above and beyond to truly help you and is always very professional which is important nowadays.

Can’t say great things about the Brady. It’s a great place to call home. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Josh Matthews is the manager and is absolutely great to work with. Erick Vásquez, our day front desk concierge is the best. He’s kind, caring and always going beyond his responsibilities to help others. He speaks Spanish and that has allowed him to build relationships with residents who are bilingual. We live with upmost gratitude to the entire Brady team for all you have done and continue to do for all of us.
