Lived over here for 3 years from 2019 through 2022 and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The thing that stands out was the amazing staff in their leasing office. Ofelia is a GEM - excellent at what she does and also so accommodating and approachable. Always goes up and beyond to help, and responds in a timely manner. Infact everyone downstairs are always smiling and welcoming - my one year would love going to meet everyone daily and they would shower her with so much attention regardless of how busy they were! Secondly, loved the convenience of the location. Walking distance to Parkland was very important given training hours at the hospital. The maintainance team was always on top of their orders, and if for any reason there was a delay they would make sure to communicate. We loved our time here, and hope you do too!

I’m posting this review based on my interaction with the leasing office, I’m not a resident but I wouldn’t want to be at this point. I applied for an apartment that was going to be available 10 days later than I wanted but I was willing to wait. I filled out the application and added all the documents needed including the payment info for the app and admin fees to hold the apartment but to my surprise it was removed from my portal and back to being an available floor plan but you need to call for the price. I’m ok with that since my application was not processed yet so I wanted to go with another apartment that is available for my move in dates because I didn’t have time for the back and forth. I called 9 times on Monday during business hours and the calls went straight to voicemail, and sent 2 emails, no response and then I realized that I’m not even a resident yet and going through this ordeal. I can’t imagine having issues as a resident. I went with another building that is actually being communicative with me during the process.
