This apartment has huge raccoons. The maintenance team is terrible. And something will go wrong when you first move in. Like you won’t have a door or your rug wouldn’t be clean. They are terrible at the office they never show you your own apartment before purchase. No hot water. AC doesn’t work in the summer. I won’t move in again. So I just found out today Sep 30 that my neighbor who moved out a month ago apartment was never cleaned out. The pictures I posted on top is the apartment infested with roaches. The other picture are the roaches coming over to my apartment. I killed 20 roaches a day. This apartment complex doesn’t care. They don’t care at all they don’t know what’s happening. Don’t move here please it’s a waste of rent. Also all my neighbors are moving out my lease ends soon. This place is a dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is the worst. Water shut off several times a week. Security gate always broken for days before repair. Roaches. Very few people pick up after their dogs. Bring it to management attention and nothing but attitude. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I recently had a big issue with my washer & dryer causing the system to no longer work. Alex (Leasing Consultant) did a superb job assisting me with this issue. He promptly took care of my problems and I was updated every step of the way. I’m now enjoying a brand new washing system. Thanks Alex, you and the staff were very nice and upstanding during this challenging process.

I had to revise my review from 5 to 2 stars. Almost a year after moving in and I’m having problems. There is a leak in the roof over the shower that they can’t seem to fix. Maintenance men are incompetent and don’t care. I’m over 10 maintenance requests in on the same issue and it’s still ongoing. I really dislike dealing with this issue over and over again and cleaning up messes In my bathroom over and over again for something that should be fixed. Parking sucks as well my car has been hit 3 times in the last 8 months with no recourse , no camera and no accountability for their parking lot. Maintenance tries to enter when you are not around. It’s just a bad situation.
