Water heater has been down for about a week now!!! Pretty sure its illegal to be open without hot water especially for a place that makes money off of hot water. They should just stop being cheap and pay plumber to fix it or replace it

Worst laundramat in Bakersfield. Two weeks ago, I had to rewash a load because someone left fecal matter in the washer. Last week an attendant had to unplug a malfunctioning machine, so that I could get my clothes out to wash in a working machine. THEY STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME FOR $ & SOAP LOST IN THOSE SITUATIONS, AND THE MGR. DOESNT CALL YOU BACK. Today, I noticed that NONE of the washers offer warm or hot washes-ONLY COLD!!! THEY SURE DON'T MIND TAKING YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY DON'T PUT THE TIME OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TO MAKE IT A SUCCESSFUL & WELCOMING BUSINESS. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!!
