The staff at the Limelight are the best ever! I got a little too drunk (the drinks were so good!) and had to be carried out. The bouncer went above and beyond to make sure I was okay (he even provided rice cakes from his own vehicle). I’m so mad that I don’t remember his name. Even the other people in the club were so sympathetic. Definitely give this club a shot, the music was banging!

Review for 7/2022 Jon Langston concert Overall Venue experience- We got in right away, no line on the VIP entrance. We only had to wait at the VIP bar longer periods a few times, (mainly due to guys talking to the 1 bartender working the VIP bar (& it was after they had their drinks & had paid.) We also just stuck to ordering beer bc last time we went my friend ordered mixed drinks & they were completely wrong. (I'm a certified bartender thru ALE.) So thats why we stuck to beer, other than the Crown Royal Langston poured in our cups. We were front row up against the stage. I love being that close at this venue. The venue is smaller so it's a great place for live shows. They're more intimate I guess you could say. Really not a bad seat in the house. Sound is always great. Lighting is great but not overpowering. Usually the people are friendly that are there for concerts. The Security staff is always great & nice. They joke around with you. Theyre not jerks like alot are other places. They were cool. It was a great show at The Limelight as always. I do think the bartenders need to come in during the day & be given a class on proper mixed drinks & about hustling behind the bar & being blunt with people who are chatting them up such as- "Hold that thought I've got to grab my customers". But other than that... The Limelight is a great venue for live concerts & music. We travel to The Limelight for live shows. All in all it's a wonderful venue that we will continue to frequent for live shows especially with the new owners being Veterans.

Tickets are sold at the door but its recommended to buy online and print tickets at home if you are coming from out of town due in part tickets may be sold out at the door depending on Artist

the advance ticket purchase option is to secure the ticket in the what if of sell out- which does happen the fee breakdown is + NC tax + facility fee + Service fee ( which protect personal data) we do not collect these totals. we are working to get these lowered but at this time this is best option we have... new tix locations hopefully soon. but to be clear at tix outlets it will be + tax and facility fees

Your best bet is to probably to private message The Tarheel facebook page and explain the situation to them. They are pretty good about getting back to people and answering questions or ask the person you bought the tickets from if they could let you know the information when they got the email

For future reference, The Tarheel does have a section cordoned off for individuals with disabilities as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Simply talk to the security on the way in and the venue will be happy to assist.
