There is a female employee that works here with dark long hair and medium completion. She is always very rude and does not provide good customer service at all. It's almost as if she hates that customers come into the postal office for postal services. We live in Phelan and have to purchase a po box bc of where our property is located bc of that I am subject to her disrespectful customer service on a weekly basis. Sadly my best option is to let other people go in front of me so that I can avoid her all together. I would like to acknowledge the other employees that provide good customer service. I would also like to mention for the employees to please be aware that we are customers, we don't know everything there is to know about postal services bc we don't work for the postal office please keep that in mind when customers have questions.

Employees complaining that I have too many packages that I ship out and that I need a manifest. How about you do your job and scan the package shipping labels that are already paid for.

Mail boxes or delivery ways in Phelan Sort of like boxes in po area boxes in post office box on streets group of or hold or put up a box on street Really unsure is bill one time keys for year? Or one time didn’t say where it would land from house 1 mile versis one block? And told to pay for unknown

We've been using the Phelan Post Office for close to 10 years now and never, in all that time, have we had a single issue with the service, courtesy, attitude, or anything else. As a matter of fact, there is mostly laughter and pleasant interaction with our neighbors behind the counter. This is a very small town, a 1-traffic light town, and though we don't all know each other, the small town atmosphere is hard to miss at both the Post Office and the Library. Wouldn't change it for the world.
