Having lived in low end apartments my whole life for higher prices than this one, I have come to realize that these apartments are truly a great deal for an affordable price. Clean water, a functioning fire place, a nice balcony, good air conditioning, a basketball court, and a clean pool to go to in the summer, what more could one ask for?! It is a good and safe community and you have, in my experience, friendly and respectful neighbors. It is a welcoming place, especially for military personnel, as it is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Camp Lejeune and approximately 10 minutes from MCAS New River. The staff members are great. They are helpful and very polite! Maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner and the grounds are upkept consistently. I highly recommend these apartments.
