So far based on what I’ve read about this place it seems like a Farley good place to live especially for the price, I don’t like there but I am interested in moving there. I just can’t get ahold of any photos of the inside. If anyone has any could you please post them on the pictures of the building that would help me a lot thank you!!

I'm moving to the jacksonville area in a few months and based off location, and everything I've read about it this seems like the perfect place for me. However there are no photos available anywhere so I can make sure the inside is to my liking. I've called and left emails requesting pictures and a floor plan as I cannot drive out to Jacksonville to do a quick viewing but have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Does anyone have any photos of the inside of the apartments? Preferably the three bedroom but any would be helpful.

These apartments are very nice. The rooms are spacious and bedrooms and closets are big in every room. The lawn is always kept nice. This complex is always quiet. I love the area it's in. The management here is outstanding! (Mrs Faye) always tries to help in every way she can and is always friendly to my children and I, with a great personality. The Maintence guy (Danny) here is the same way. They work great together! Any problems I have had inside or outside my home, he has always got on it as fast as he could and did a good job. This complex is very clean. I have been here almost a year and can't say anything wrong about this place. You hardly ever hear the tenants under or behind you. I think this is a good place for my kids. Basically, if you pay your rent, keep your home clean and up to code, and be respectful and mind your own business (like an adult is supposed to do) then this is the place for you! They do a great job keeping this place beautiful inside and out! It's definitely no ran down bug infested place!

This place doesn't deserve any Star..my parents live there...I am constantly being harassed by the leasing lady (Faith) accusing me of living there because I visit my parents daily before and after work ..her and the maintenance man (Danny) walk around looking for tenants to harass and write violations against. They will smile in your face and look for a way to do you harm behind your back .I was confronted on various occasions by them both. Asking me do I smoke to try to pin some thrown out cigarettes in the parking lot on me. Faith has been disrespectful to me to my face saying "thank god that I don't live there"....my mom fell and broke her wrist at one of the dumpsters here due to their negligence. An animal jumped out and caused her to get seriously hurt..surely AFTER SHE GOT HURT THEY PUT SIGNS UP TELLING PEOPLE TO CLOSE THE DOORS AFTER USE....then didn't even bother to come by and ask was she OK or feeling better!!!... they are the most unprofessional property management team i have ever seen HANDS DOWN!!!!!..if you want to live somewhere and be harassed about every move or persons you have visit ..this is the place for you..I would not even recommend this place to a homeless family
