Worst rental experience we have ever had, preys on military community, outdated appliances, countertops are well past their shelf life, main bathroom toilet fits a 6 year old at best, vents needed to be cleaned from cockroach carcasses etc....! Don't hang any pictures on your wall as there may be a pipe behind it, happened to me and I hit the water line with a 1 inch sheetrock screw...after their "investigation" I had to pay $60 for the repair. Broke my lease and told them I was moving out and was given the option to buyout... two months rent....then get my final statement and I was charged prorated rent plus two months leaseout buy out plus $60 for a hole that maintenance left in the wall! They are only worried about their $$ and could care less about the community that protect and serve them! I will be filing a formal complaint with fair market housing!!

Gave away apartment my cousin was approved for, then said no 3 bdrms available even tho there still is, when they got caught lying it was oh I'll let you know if it can be switched. Umm you gave away a approved apartment since you left a 15 min window to contact you on a Saturday, then wanna play this game of ohh idk if I can switch you. Umm, he's approved and it's literally the same floor plan. Lol, all documentation being kept.. hello real estate commission complaint coming

Love everything about living at The Reserve! The leasing staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any request for service. The grounds are kept clean and well kept. We love the pool in the summer! I've lived here for a year and just signed on for another year and will probably renew after that!

Prior to posting my comment earlier I did not wait for manager to answer my concerns. My experience living here going on three years is things continually get better. Our team here cares about the tenants and works hard to ensure we live peacefully and safely while here. I appreciate everything you do thank you.
