Well I must say I am the longest and oldest person that has been living here in Brandywood Acres. I have been living here for over 40 years and have liked it here since day one. Still like it here. One big thing that Brandywood Acres really should have had is a few of the apartments truly should have been three and or four bedrooms, screen doors also washer, dryer hook up. I said that from day one when I moved in. Also what is truly needed now is another building or two for laundry room. One in the whole complex is truly not enough and or more washers and dryers. But now it's changed so very very much at times I think I want to move. So so so many changes, and rules. (My concern is that there is nothing here no longer for the littlest children once they've removed the park). (At least mother's could sit with their child at the park and push them on a swing or down a slide. Even could have tea time with them at the picnic table and or have a cook out by the picnic tables). I once was able to do that with my child/children but now I'm raising my three grandchildren here in Brandywood Acres And the children has not one thing that they truly can do in Brandywood Acres. Parents can't no longer even wet their children down in the hot spring and summer months. Too many changes with all that, and none for the good. I truly would at least like to see a park back in Brandywood Acres, with swings, slides and or even a little rocking horse, elephant, alligator. and or let the parents wet their chidren down in the hot spring and summer days.. Over all Brandywood Acres is a decent place to live and I would highly recommend Brandywood Acres. The office manager(s) is kind and respectful. The maintenance(s) people are also respectful. They listen to your concerns, and or problems with their apartments and or grounds area and do their upmost to get to any problems that occurs. I can say for myself that out of all theses years I have been living in Brandywood Acres; out of all the places in Jacksonville, Brandywood is the best place to live. The apartments are a decent size, but still should build some apartments that have three and or four bedrooms and also the grounds are kept up really nice I also can say I have and still enjoy living in Brandywood Acres.

~John 8:32 "Putting residents first to create value that lasts" is the company slogan. We were leased a ROACH infested apartment contaminated with roach feces, and have experienced roach bites. * Update, our 9 month goldendoodle has been bitten by their roaches now! We relocated from several hundred miles away and couldn't just turn around and leave. We have never lived in such deplorable conditions. Management claims to exterminate every 3 months. Evidence proves otherwise. After discovering that another unit in our building has been infested for years, we requested proof of extermination. Our request was DENIED* This management company should be ashamed of themselves. It is clearly the dollar they put first, not tenants. Based on our experience, the good reviews make no sense. Be CAREFUL Who You Trust! Photos; dead Roaches, sugar covered cabinets, Roach hiding in peeling ceiling, Roach feces covered kitchen drawer, Roach damaged cabinets, water damage, Roach feces covered doorbell mechanism, LIVING Roaches painted over prior to our move in!, Roach feces bedroom closet shelf, Roach feces on top of shower, painted Roach in bathroom cabinet, Roach bites!, gumified Roach body found in microwave!

My apartment is not the newer built. You could not tell, because the staff has maintained the community extremely well. I moved here 2 years ago, and now iam home.

Brandywood Acres is a low income based apartment complex. Unfortunately they only have 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. You have to fill out an application for them to look at
