My daughter lives here and her marine husband, she had it decorated super cute. I did hear there were in the middle of updating some buildings with new appliances, hers hasn't been done yet and they painted over the wall paper in the bathroom eww. And they should really utilize their pools its getting hot, but I also heard they haven't used them in a while, I'm gonna guess bc of covid. Their picnic areas are cute with outdoor grills and they allow pets per prior approval. But she's happy so I'm happy! Free cable and wifi!

We love our apartment it is the perfect size for the perfect price. Maintenance does an impecable job when it comes to fixing our request in the months we have lived here we have had a few request and they where immediately fixed. The kitchen is definitely a plus on our apartment is is very spacious as well as the bedroom. We would definitely recommend these apartments.

Pretty good apartment for what we pay for it. Maintenance has always been super nice and responsive to us, always coming the morning after our request. The people at the front desk have always been great as well! We have an unrenovated apartment with some outdated appliances, but it’s still in pretty good condition and we haven’t had any actual problems with the place so far. Only minor issues that are easily fixed. Small space but we make the most of it. Never had any issues with bugs, and terminix does inspections once every 3 months I believe? Sometimes the water will go out but they always send emails explaining the dates and times so you can plan ahead of time. Overall it’s good for the price! I would recommend.
