I reserved a truck and was told they had none to provide on the day of my move. I was super stressed! I don’t understand why a company such as Penske has a website that allows reservations when no trucks are available. This needs to be fixed. I had to go to the Wilmington location to get a truck at the last minute, costing me more money. I wouldn’t use this company if I were you, unless you enjoy taking risks. Until this issue is fixed, I’ll take my business elsewhere for my sanity. Very unprofessional.

All plans went accordingly,polite service, truck handled wonderfully, took advantage of drop box return . Would do it again. Best thing was not worrying about mileage if I got lost or made a wrong turn.

If your looking to rent a moving truck go to box and more Penske dealership. They are professional, on time and always willing to answer questions about the vehicle. This is the 4th time I’ve rented from this location and the service is always 5 stars. Your lucky if UHUAL doesn’t charge you for the ink in the pen to sign the contract. Go with Penske better people, better service.
