Great place to get your maintenance done right. For me being a mechanic, it is nice to take my car and get my vehicles inspected here. They pointed out some discrepancies that I missed. I was so grateful because the discrepancies were legitimate safety conserns. I am like everyone else, we want our vehicles to last as long as possible. I DIY the maintenance myself and get them to do the unique jobs, servicing, or inspection that I don't have the proper tools for. Lead mechanics here has decades of experience and one of them was an teacher. I am keeping them as my mechanics.

Wow. I cannot say enough about this place. I had some start-up issues with my car that were new, along with some existing things already wrong with it that I wasn’t concerned about. I brought it in, not very hopeful for a quick turn around or good news, since I know they’re busy and my car is old. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly figured out what was wrong with my car, and they started repairs immediately when another appointment didn’t show up. They are just an incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced shop. I will continue to bring our cars back here as long as they are here. They answered all of my questions and didn’t press to do more than what was needed to keep my car going (and believe me… there was a lot they could have addressed) since I need my vehicle for work.

I dropped off my vehicle here today to be serviced. I called this morning and had the MOST PLEASANT customer service experience with Billie (sp?). This was my first time to visit My Mechanic. My car hasn’t be diagnosed or fixed yet, so more to come on that later, but I instantly felt taken care of by this team from the initial phone call to dropping my vehicle off this evening.
