Such a bad company they were charging me for a line that I wasn’t even using I call so many times to tell them finally they cancel the line now they don’t want to refund me my $1100 that I over pay

Went to this store to get new service with AT&T. They were AMAZING! Raheem and Dulce were professional, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. Excellent customer service! I am extremely pleased and happy I switched to AT&T. I also saw how they welcomed and treated other customers that came in. They were polite and very helpful to every single person. I would recommend this store to anyone!
