Awesome service. Ciarra and Maria the manager did an excellent job helping explain plans and options and answered all questions. Highly recommended if you need any cellular needs. These two young women have gone above and beyond to help whenever we have needed anything.

Listen Linda- Ramiro & Nick at the Kennewick store are straight up Gs. I dealt primarily with Ramiro but at times he would bounce ideas off Nick ("can I run my home security camera off hotspot", etc), which I so appreciate as opposed to someone who only tells me what they think I want to hear, gives bad info, or beats around the bush instead of giving direct answers. A major component of sales that I think a lot of people overlook is the trust factor. I usually feel sick to my stomach whenever it comes time for a new phone but even as the deal progressed I never got that "yep, I'm getting screwed over" feeling. Ramiro was never pushy, explained pros & cons of options, super informative about accessories and advocated for me to get the best rates for the best products (like with first net). He never made me feel dumb for asking questions. They really went the extra mile. And hallejuah, it wasn't an all day freaking event. 🙌🏿 Replacing a jacked up phone is never typically a fun experience but I'm so grateful this was not one of those dreadful experiences. Thank you AT&T and Ramiro at the Columbia Center Blvd location for getting it right. ✅️

Elena Villareal from columbia center AT&T branch was very helpful and patient with us. She had to explain again since my husband went to the store first and followed him after 30minutes. She accommdated us very well since our son with special needs was with us. We were happy to get the promo that they have for first responders/nurses, it's definitely cheaper than our previous provider.

Maria was the ATT store representative/manager who worked with us on my AT&T iPhone needs. She welcome me and my husband warmly to the store and very capably handled our request for service and a new phone purchase. She carefully explained about servicing and the purchase plans available to us. She explained options that we had to choose from and various phone models available. Her breadth of knowledge of the service plans and iPhone servicing is very impressive. She is very personable and approachable, and offered to be available on a given day to continue our service needs. We did not feel and pressuring for service or upgrade plans, only offering information for us to evaluate. We appreciated her knowledge and style of interface with customers. She gave us genuine and gave us all necessary information, answers and options. We appreciate her.

As far as I know, it says External Withdrawl ATT, but I have autopay set up.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
