15 years and this office has allowed my son’s father to reach nearly $30,000 in arrears. Its almost like the case workers and CS Attorney are friends with him of some kind to allow him months without making payments. I have to personally contact the office to remind them how far behind he is. THEN, when he is issue a court date the CS lawyer continue it with the excuse he wasn’t served in a timely manner. The math doesn't add up. Onslow County CS is a joke!! Worst than the non-custodial parent.

Been dealing with this office for 10 years now and they always treat fathers like 2nd class citizens and the customer service sucks and most operators miss inform or are very rude I have also had in the past some of my case workers call me a dead bet father very unexcepable

If you pay its no more than a pain in the rear. Mostly chair bodies with no interest in work or wanting to help . State makes rules they just follow

I’ve actually found the staff both helpful & expedient with any questions concerning my child support payments

Hi Shirley, there seems to be a problem with the postal service in Raleigh. A couple of people came in today with the same issue. If you would like to come into the office I will be happy to resend for you. Thanks Valerie
Yes, it's been about 6/8 months ago when I switched from VA to NC. He clearly is on the Run, they have his social Security number and all updated address and contact number. How would I find out who my new case worker is in NC?

No, he has rights
You need to file a motion or contact the agency. If you owe arrears, you still have to pay even if you have the kids.
