Yes, it's been about 6/8 months ago when I switched from VA to NC. He clearly is on the Run, they have his social Security number and all updated address and contact number. How would I find out who my new case worker is in NC?

Have you switched your case from one state to another? I live in NC and switched my case from CA to NC bc that is where I live and my exs case deals with VA bc thats where he lives. I'd go into the child support office and talk to them if you are living here. They will be happy to help.
