Management is very rude and not helpful at all. We have a hard time reaching them. They never do what they say and always give us the run around. I am a very clean person and left the apartment cleaner than I received it. They took half of my deposit to clean the carpets that needed to be cleaned anyways before new tenants arrive. They even told me not to worry about cleaning, but I still deep cleaned and left it spotless. My husband deployed and they said they would work with us. At first it was a hassle and then they all the sudden seemed willing to corporate. I wasn’t sure what day he was deploying, so I put the end of the month. They said that was fine and then whatever day I decided to move out they would pay me the difference of rent I already paid that month. Now that I have already moved back home they will not refund me my money and said I have to pay for the whole month even if I moved out sooner. We have never given them any trouble, but they have gave us so much. I do not recommend living here if you are in the military. The apartments are nice, but management is not worth it.

Hello, My husband and I lived here for one year. We really enjoyed living here. Erin and management were super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the amenities such as the gym, the pool, and the grills. I always saw management out doing inspections and in general making sure the apartments are safe. I believe we lived in the Lincoln; the apartments not attached to the main 3 story apartments. My only complaint is that I wish there would have been more parking for when family or friends come. Also, be careful when driving around the complex. People drive REALLY fast through the apartment complex for no reason and drivers could hurt people who are walking or cause crashes. My favorite parts of the apartment were the kitchen and the large master restroom. We really enjoyed living here and are proud to have called it our first home together.
