Great location to stay when I visit the mountains to see sights and family. Staff is quite personable and rooms are perfectly rustic (in a good way) if I had any complaints it would be temp adjustment on shower.

Quaint & Clean but not tranquil. Right off a busy road; we could hear traffic day and night. They have a small patch of fenced in grass in the middle of the complex where they let people leave their dogs. All morning, one dog was there crying. All afternoon, 4 little yippy dogs barked every time the wind blew a leaf or someone walked up the stairs. Next time, we'll go all the way to Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead. This might be a good spot for ski season. Price was very reasonable compared to many. Owner's son was very very nice, and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Note - not a good location for handicap.
