Leasing office extremely rude. Unprofessional if you work for a delivery service be prepared to deal with this type of behavior when leaving food at office when gates are closed. Oh and you’re assumed to know they can open gates for you if you come in and ask. At that point anyone can request the gates to be open for entry which what is the point of the gates? Standard procedure never have had an issue at any apartment complex I have ever been to and always the leasing office has always been polite professional when I’ve gone to other places and more than helpful and trying to help with the delivery. Just adds on more stress not worth delivering food here won’t be back again and I deliver there 1-10 times a day to this location and have for 2 years which means more delays in food arriving on time. I was told the rudeness I received was provided due to me being rude and I truly was blatantly confused at someone waving their arms clearly upset saying “no no no” and telling me I can’t leave an order there and why didn’t I tell them to open the gates. I’m still confused - I also reported location to doordash support if continued issues happen with leasing office this can and result in the location being undeliverable if other food service members experience the same issue I did today I encourage you to do the same

I'm very disappointed in this place a friend of mine is looking for a safe place for her and her children due to her leaving an abusive situation that almost ended her life which she explained to the leasing manager. She did the application and they turned her away not because she made too much or too little or because of her background or because she had bad credit they turned her away because of a past utility bill that wasn't paid in a whole other state.
