Don’t move to this apartment complex. My boyfriend and I had such high hopes but this complex hasn’t delivered at all. We have no security presence and peoples cars are constantly broken into and stolen. We pay for valet trash and they either don’t take it or rip your bag and leave it to rot. They showed us a beautiful pool when we moved in and it is fluorescent green with a layer of filth on top and has been for months. Typically people only review when they’re disgruntled- and I am- but so is the entire complex which you’d see on the community portal, but they won’t show you that. Trust the review!

My boyfriend and I toured this apartment community and loved what we saw. The agents were welcoming and kind, the building were clean, and we were given plenty of information before we explored the location ourselves. We’re in the beginning stage of our apartment search, but Camden Farmers Market is at the top of our list!

Stopped by to tour with my wife today and Daniel and Manny were incredible. They were both so attentive and kind even though we were drained from apartment searching all day. We had tons of questions and specific requests and they both were happy to answer each and every one of our questions. While on tour, Manny was so respectful of our time and was so patient throughout. He was very knowledgeable of the property and offered so many options that matched exactly what we were looking for. Very good touring experience! Camden is lucky to have two great Leasing Consultants in these two gentlemen!

All of the leasing staff are very nice but Leslie is amazing! I moved in and didn't like my initial apartment after only being in it for 3 days. She helped me find a different apartment that better fit my needs and I was able to sign the lease same day. She even helped me move all of my stuff (furniture, clothes, dishes, etc.) out of the original apartment and into my new one as she knew I didn't know anyone here yet and wouldn't have any help. She is a life saver and goes above and beyond!!!

Yes we are! We accept up to two pets per apartment with no weight limit. We do have some restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive.
No, however you can rent furniture at a reasonable price from Cort furniture.
