I would come in and talk to one of the front desk workers. I don't know exact prices but I do know every one is very friendly and the community of residents all look out for each other. There are also care taking teams on site if your loved one needs extra help. It does cost extra. Three meals a day included. There is also an elevator.

What is average rent cost for 2 bedroom unit monthly? Is rent based on income?
