I love this place so much, I've been coming here since I was a teenager, almost 7 years. I've always been helped and had super friendly staff, I love the Australian lady. Dr. Van Dusen is awesome, I've had the experience of seeing help others and volunteer his time to assist people without access to glasses. I have a lot of respect for him. Broke my glasses again and I'm looking forward to coming in and trying to change styles! Always super helpful.

It's been 2 months my daughter's been waiting for her glasses. Nothing but excuses at this place. I let them know I needed them asap at the beginning. After seeing my daughter suffer for 2 months I went to Walmart on Friday with the prescription and the new glasses are in this morning. 4 day turn at Walmart. Still waiting for the pair we ordered here.

When I went to him he couldn't get my prescription right. My glasses had gotten so scratched they didn't help me discern it.. He sent me home to try another day. 2nd time to his office, he explained that my vision could not be corrected any further. That it just wasn't going to ever be perfect. Today, had an eye exam. Learned thats not true. Eye dr said my vision has changed a lot from where my glasses are at. No, no. They havent. Its because dr Van Dussen gave me a faulty diagnosis. He didn't even come close. Told me I was stuck with poor vision that glasses would not fully fix it & I had to accept it. He compromised my sense of wellbeing. Its frustrating thinking you're just trapped with failing vision and you're only in your 40s. Maybe its just time to retire Dr. Van Dussen.
