Move out update: met more neighbors. They’re great. Loved the amenities. The apartment is in great shape. Maintenance was kind and did well. Don’t take a west facing top floor and if you do, install black out or rubber backed curtains. The electric bill in the summer is catastrophic because the AC unit struggles to even keep you at 80° when you get direct sunlight from 3pm-7pm we would’ve stayed had we been offered a decent price when asking to change units. Sad to go. At move in: So far so good! We've been here for about four months now and it just feels like home. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was strange but the office made it as smooth as it could be. After the experience at our last apartment this was a breath of fresh air. This has been the best apartment experience I've had in a long time. Friendly accommodating people in the office. Great neighbors (though with the pandemic we haven't met many) great apartment! No mold! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Beautiful looking community from the outside, however poor follow up and execution of requests for a visit to the community, and additional questions. I emailed with Emily on a Thur and was specific as to what i was looking for. Was told she wasnt able to assist with my questions and that a teammate would follow up. Great, thats fine. I was offered to come in Friday for a visit. I mentioned i wasnt able to until Saturday. She offered a nice floor plan thru email that Thursday to which i asked what the view was. I never heard back from her, or her teammate. I left a voicemail with my interest while also expressing my concerns about the lack of follow thru on Saturday morning. I have yet to hear back. Not a good sign. You would think someone willing to pay $1700+ in rent per month, you would get better customer service.

Do not move here unless you plan on living on an upper floor. I’ve called and left messages in regards to the noise from the people in the unit above and no one has bothered to return my call. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING! Kids rolling balls, running/walking, chairs being moved, EVERYTHING! Since they removed the carpet and replaced it with fake wood flooring there is nothing to absorb the noise so it just echos in your apartment. There is no way to relax when you have to listen to this every weekend!

I just moved in a few days ago and the process was painless thanks to Raj, the leasing agent. He went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was in order and that our move would be a breeze. He's attentive, efficient , and I can tell he really cares about me as a resident. He's a wonderful addition to the community. The grounds of the community are well kept, quiet, and beautiful. My unit was clean upon move in and had no issues. So far the Winsted has been wonderful and being right next to White Rock Lake is a huge plus!
