I’ve lived in this community almost 3 years Pros Karina is an amazing leasing agent & I enjoyed working with her during my transfer process. She’s very sweet, understanding, has great communication skills, and I believe she puts a lot of effort into her job. The maintenance team is stellar. I love how prompt they are about handling requests. We also have emergency maintenance for over night issues The community is beautiful & the apartments are too. Most of the neighbors are friendly. Cons Since the change in management I’ve noticed that we pay a pest fee and they never spray for pests. I’ve seen multiple large roaches crawling around the complex. They’re on the walkways & in the breezeways. I live on the 3rd floor & we see one crawling up the steps almost every night. It’s unsettling. This apartment looks for every little thing to charge for. You’ll most likely pay over $100 in fees on top of the rent. On my recent bill I was charged for water that dated back 2-3 months. We get charged 3 separate fees for trash. We pay for gas even though everything in the home is electric. We pay if it rains. We pay for anything they can think of even when it doesn’t make sense. I just did a transfer within the complex & the rates I was charged to move still don’t make sense to me. I wish I would’ve moved out instead. I seriously regret staying. It’s a dog friendly community so expect to smell dog poop when you walk past 80% of the yards because nobody picks up after their puppies & the poop just sits in the heat for days. There’s no penalty for it. The breezeways are very nasty and covered in old trash residue. It’s unsightly. People’s cars are always getting broken into or stolen. I used to think it was only the nicer cars but now I think it’s just random. Packages get stolen. The rest of the office staff always seems a little confused and irritable. I miss the old Office Manager & staff. I guess I’d say renters beware. Move in at your own risk. & if you can, try to have Karina as your agent. .

We recently got an apartment here. Ruth is very friendly, dedicated and patient. She noted all our preferences and suggested the apartments that would suit us. We decided to upgrade to a bigger apartment . She ensured that we got the apartment ready on time and made this transition very easy for us. I’ve lived at this property for about 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say! everyone has always been so amazing to my boyfriend and i and are always there to help! I LOVE how modern our apartment is and our little fenced in yard too. My favorite part about living here is one of the ladies at the office. Caitlyn M. has always been there to guide us and answer all of our stupid questions. She’s been so patient and so sweet in our toughest times. She always have such an awesome attitude towards us and she’s a pleasure talking to. Thanks so much Caitlyn for making our living experience amazing. Without you we couldn’t have made it through this year. Thanks again!

For the most part this place is great. Maintenance is outstanding. The front desk is polite and helpful. A good area to live in with maybe a couple times of crime reported in the last 2 years I've lived here. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to live here.
